Your Training Roadmap
🚩Upon getting hired, you will complete Part: 1 Welcome, which consists orientation, set-up, and compliance training.
🏃🏾♂️➡️Next, once you receive your first student, you will complete Part 2: Your First Class. This part will guide you through the processes to get you set up with your first student and class.
🏃🏾♂️➡️Afterwards, once you’ve completed the set-up to start your first class, you’ll complete Part 3: On-the-Job Training. In this section, you will learn how to navigate LanguageBird protocols, policies, and procedures.
🏁Lastly, upon completion of your three months on the job, you will complete Part 4: Ready to Graduate? about complicated situations you may encounter, and meet with the LanguageBird team for your graduation meeting.
