Please copy this introduction letter format. You will send this to all of your new students and parents. Include your personal information and upload your file below.

Dear Nate and Andy, 

Bienvenidos a la clase de Español Level 3A/B – Welcome to Spanish Class Level 3 A/B!

My name is Angie and I am so excited to be your Spanish Teacher!

To get ready for our lessons, please follow the 3 STEPS on this checklist.

STEP 1:

CONFIRM the preferred time and day for our first lesson by replying to this email confirming one of the options offered per your enrollment.

Option #1: Thursdays at 11:00 AM PST starting September 17th   

Option #2: Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:00 AM PST starting September 22nd   

STEP 2: This step must be completed at least 48 hours before the first day of class.

  • MICROSOFT TEAMS SET UP:  Your lessons will be conducted over Microsoft Teams. LanguageBird provided you with your very own Microsoft account. Did you receive a separate email sent by Microsoft with your log in credentials? Please check for an email from [email protected] with this information.
  • STUDENT ORIENTATION: Did you watch the Student Orientation and followed the step by step instructions to set up Teams? You should have received an email from [email protected] with a link to LanguageBird’s student orientation.

Please contact, [email protected] if you have not received your Teams credentials, Student Orientation link, or have any tech related questions.  CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER!

*Be sure to test all systems and logins before your first class. Missing your first class due to technical issues may result in a no-show or late cancel fee.

STEP 3:

CHECK IN WITH YOUR TEACHER: Once you have Teams downloaded, please type “HELLO” or respond to my personal message to you in your Teams.

Please do this no less than 48 hours before your first lesson so I know you have successfully downloaded Teams and are prepared for class.

If you do not respond in your Teams, I will not know if you plan to attend class and your parent may be charged a no-show or late cancel fee.
