How do I connect with my students and their parents?

Once we have an enrollment and their desired class times align with your open availability, we will send you their enrollment form which includes all of their contact information, student level, and times they want the lessons.

Once you confirm that you can take the student, you may take your first step of communication: introductory letter.


When it comes to communicating with the student, the parent must be CC’d on all messages so that they are also included.

This includes:

  • Introductory email
  • Lesson reminders
  • Assignments
  • Grade reviews
