Program Types

These are 6 types of programs that we offer at LanguageBird. Each program has a distinct purpose and will greatly improve our student’s language skills.

Courses for Credit:

These courses are for middle and high school students seeking to satisfy their high school graduation requirements. Additionally, these courses are used for credit recovery. They are also used if a language we offer is not offered at their school.

Tutoring/Test Prep:

These courses are for middle and high school students who might already be in a language class and need some kind of supplemental help. Additionally, these courses utilize available resources to prepare for a variety of exams.

Bird Bundles:

Bird Bundles are a combination of a Course for Credit class with a Tutoring class. Bird Bundles can be used for parents who want their student’s classes to last longer or for extra practice to make sure that the student fully understands each lesson.

Conversational Lessons:

These courses are for middle and high school students, as well as adult learners who simply want to learn the language. In these courses, instructors focus on conversational skills and build on what the student already knows.

Chirp Room Chat Rooms:

These courses are offered to schools via a subscription service. These are group conversational lessons that are led by an instructor. These courses are for homework help and review.
